I picked this up at the local library and was very happy with the details and photos of high quality impressed. This book describes the installation or replacement of almost all major appliances for the home. It is the perfect companion for someone like me, the tools, time and ability, but sometimes it takes a nudge in the right direction. I expect to buy this book, because I save hundreds of dollars in repair costs and maintenance. I used it for reinstalling a dishwasher much easier because of detailed photos.
Although not a very large volume, it covers basic repair and maintenance of gas furnaces, refrigerator, central air, gas and water heaters Electric, gas and electric stoves, washing machines, dryers, softeners, range hoods, the water filtration systems, ventilation and air conditioning. Nice to have the front hand, you should call a repairman.
I gave only 4 stars because it must be treated not cover all problems and you could be the troubleshooting guide not very thoroughly. However, it is money well spent $ 12-15.

I bought this book, so that small things on devices around the home that you can get and idea of what is wrong and how to fix this to happen, unless it is too technical but many times the problems are somewhat simple and basic, and this book is good for her.
